What is NOPIP?
The Northeastern Oklahoma Psychology Internship Program (NOPIP) is an APA-accredited consortium of mental health agencies, programs, and institutions. The first NOPIP intern class began in 1996. Current interns are Jennifer Adamo, MS; Scott Drabenstot, MS; Christine Gomes, MA; Kyle Hill, MA; Andreana Jezzini, MA; Jason Menting, MA, and Rebekah Travis, MS. NOPIP sites for the 2012-13 year include:

Workshop Goals
The goal of NOPIP’s annual ethics symposium is to provide mental health practitioners in Oklahoma with an opportunity to learn about and discuss ethical considerations in a wide range of topics. The emphasis of this year’s workshop is to highlight the ethical confl icts pertinent to clinical practice across various integral stages of clients’ lifespan. CEU Credits
NOPIP has attained continuing education units from the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. The Institute for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Education and Training has approved 3.00 credit hours through the Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers, the Oklahoma Board of Examiners of Psychologists, the Licensed Marital and Family Therapist Committee, and the Licensed Professional Counselors Committee. Continuing education is also approved for Certified Case Managers, Certified Prevention Specialists, and Peer Recovery Support Specialists. Certificates will be distributed at the end of the training. Participant evaluation forms must be submitted in order to receive continuing education credit and a certifi cate of attendance. There is a $5.00 charge for any reissuing of certificates.
Registration
To pre-register, please download the registration form, complete and mail the entire form with payment of $50 for professionals or $25 for students. Registration must be post-marked by March 1, 2013 to qualify for the reduced rate. On-site registration and registration received after March 1, 2013 will be $60 for professionals and $30 for students. Registration fee is nonrefundable.
Please note that your registration fee includes the cost of attending the workshop and continental breakfast served at the location of the workshop.

Driving Directions
ARRIVING FROM POINTS EAST AND NORTHWEST (including Route 169) Follow I-244 west to Exit 9, Harvard Ave. Turn left (south) on Harvard and travel to East 5th Place. Turn Right (west) on East 5th Place. Allen Chapman Activity Center will be on your right (across from Sorority Row).
ARRIVING FROM POINTS SOUTHEAST Follow Routes 64/51 (Broken Arrow Expressway) West. Exit at 15th Street. Turn right (east) on 15th and travel two blocks to the fi rst stop light at Delaware Avenue. Turn left (north) on Delaware and travel a mile to East 5th Street. Turn right (east) on East 5th street. Go straight until you come to S. Florence, and then turn right (south). Allen Chapman Activity Center will be directly in front of you when you are at the stop sign at S. Florence.
ARRIVING FROM THE NORTH AND WEST (including Route 75) Follow I-44 to I-244 East to Exit 8 (Delaware Ave.) Turn right (south) on Delaware and travel about a ½ mile to East 5th Street. Turn left (east) on East 5th street. Go straight until you come to S. Florence, and then turn right (south). Allen Chapman Activity Center will be directly in front of you when you are at the stop sign at S. Florence.
Parking
Visitor parking is on the south side of the building on East 5th Place.
